Let's say the purchase price of 5 pencil is 1 taka.
Then purchase price of 1 pencil is 1/5 taka and selling price of 1 pencil is 1/4 taka.
Profit margin = {(1/4 - 1/5)/ (1/5)} x 100% = 25%.
